We use this information to send quiz results and follow-ups, respond to inquiries, share updates and offers, deliver client work, and improve our website and services. We do not sell or share your information without your permission.

Your Rights
You can request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing luana@threadstudiocollective.com. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at the bottom of any message.
Children’s Privacy
Thread Studio does not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Our site and services are intended for adults and business owners. Use of This Site
By using this site, you agree not to reproduce or republish any content without permission. All visuals, copy, and frameworks on this site are the intellectual property of Thread Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not use this content for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Client Work
If you book services through Thread Studio, we’ll outline the details and timeline in your proposal or contract. You’re responsible for attending scheduled calls and providing needed input on time. We reserve the right to showcase general project outcomes in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Communication and Scheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a call or session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We communicate primarily via email and Notion for client work.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because of the custom nature of our work, all payments are final unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement.
Strategy Services
We do not offer refunds on completed strategy sessions, deliverables, or client templates. If you cancel a service before work begins, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Digital Products
If we offer templates, downloads, or other digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is not delivered or has a technical issue we cannot resolve.
